It is a national level high-tech enterprise which mainly study, produce and sale wafers, also it is a wafer foundry. Jilin Magic was founded in Sept 2004 on basis of cooperation between Jilin Sino-Microelectronics Co.,Ltd and Fairchild Semiconductor as Jilin Sino is a major investor. JMSC own 13000 square meters fab area, 3700 square meters clean room area. The major clean room area for process is up to 100 class (0.3 um in diameter). Domestic No.1 manufacturing environment, advanced equipment and process are helpful resource for providing customer good quality products and taking continuous improvement. JMSC own three production lines including 4 inch, 5 inch and 6 inch line. Capacity on 4 inch line is 700K per year, on 5 inch line is 300K per year, on 6 inch will finally reach to 240K per year.
